Purely out of coincidence, I dined at Street Kitchen Asian Bistro this evening, a restaurant owned by the same folks as Parallel 17 where we dined last night. I was invited to a work happy hour and, since Vietnamese cuisine is my current interest, I simply had to attend. (Plus, the company was great fun!)
I didn’t try the Pho this evening, but I’m betting it’s as good as P17′s. The service was flawless and gracious, in spite of their expecting a very large crowd that evening. My favorite were the various dumplings which we ordered in rounds with the ginger-infused sake (yummy, chilled goodness).
